I've been working with Eric Banh for a very long time and you can read more about the origins of this project on the blog. I still work closely with Eric and Ba Bar as we continue to expand and extend the voice of this popular phở and cocktail joint. Occasionally I'm even called on to ghost write controversial blog posts.
