Seven Beef

Overview

Seven Beef was the third restaurant concept from the folks at Saigon Siblings, following Monsoon and Ba Bar. A primal steakhouse with hints of Vietnam’s classic seven course beef dinner and on site beef rendering. The concept was eventually re-tooled to be a BBQ joint called Central Smoke.
